Welcome to our vacation apartment! We are delighted that you have decided to stay with us. To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we have a few tips for you: Quiet hours:

• In order not to disturb the neighbors , we ask you to keep the volume low during lunchtime between 13:00 and 15:00, at night between 22:00 and 08:00 and on Sundays and public holidays until 09:00.
• Smoking: We ask you not to smoke in the apartment. Please use the designated areas outside.
• Pets: If you are traveling with a dog, please let us know in advance so that we can prepare the apartment accordingly.  Make sure that your pet does not damage anything or disturb other residents.
• Cleanliness: Please keep the apartment clean and tidy. Dispose of garbage regularly in the bins provided.
• Kitchen: Enjoy using the kitchen and please leave it as you found it. Wash used dishes and put them away.
• Damage: If something breaks, please inform us immediately so that we can repair the damage quickly.
• Security: Close all windows and doors when you leave the apartment to prevent break-ins.
• Visitors: Visitors are very welcome. Please inform us in advance if you would like to receive guests.
• Check-out: On the day of departure, we ask you to leave the apartment by 10:00 am so that we can prepare it for the next guests. You can find more information in our digital guidebook.
• Protection against frost and bad weather: Please close the windows when leaving the apartment and always in bad weather.
• Parking bicycles: Bicycles may be parked in the designated areas at the exit to the outdoor parking spaces.
